Change your diet

Maybe you eat a lot of take out. Cut the eating out. Have a salad for dinner with your meal. Eat lesser portions Eating less carbs and doing simple aerobic exercise will help you lose weight


Simple exercises

Weight and fat loss does not mean you have to go and join a gym! You can go buy barbells and weight bench but you can also use household items, such as bleach bottles for barbells. Go on a walk or a bike ride. For effective weight and fat loss this should be done at least 2-3 times a week.

Doing abdominal exercises will strengthen your stomach muscles, and can even build some small muscles. Abdominal machines cannot strengthen your thighs, give you big biceps, or burn all your excess tummy fat. However, increased lean muscle mass - leading to a fat-burning metabolism, healthy eating, aerobic exercise, and a variety of weight training fat loss.

There is a lot of different weight and fat burning programs out there. Pick the one that is right for you. If you can find a friend doing the same programs, it may be a little easier if you do the program together.
